About the Role
Pawtoto is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging TikTok Livestream Host to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity for individuals who enjoy collectibles, sensory toys, and interacting with online audiences.
As the face of our livestream sales events, you will be responsible for showcasing products, engaging viewers, processing orders, and helping create a fun and interactive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
During each livestream session, the host will be responsible for:
- Selecting blind box products for customers
- Conducting live product unboxings
- Showcasing and discussing products on camera
- Repacking products after display
- Preparing completed orders for transfer to the fulfillment process
- Engaging with viewers and responding to comments during livestreams
- Maintaining a professional, positive, and energetic presentation throughout each broadcast
Schedule
The position is designed around a 4-hour evening work window:
7:00 PM -- 10:00 PM (ET)
Livestream sales and customer engagement
10:00 PM -- 11:00 PM (ET)
Order processing, package sorting, and fulfillment preparation
Preferred Weekly Schedule (5 Days)

- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
This schedule covers key shopping periods while providing two regular days off each week. We are flexible and willing to adjust the schedule based on candidate availability and business needs.
Compensation
We believe in rewarding both performance and long-term growth.
Compensation Package Includes:
- $20.00 per hour base pay
- 5% commission on total livestream sales
- Opportunities for increased performance-based commission rates as the program expands
As sales volume grows, we are open to developing enhanced commission structures that reward exceptional performance and commitment.
Equipment \& Support
To ensure a seamless setup experience, Pawtoto will provide:
- Fully configured smartphone for livestreaming
- Pre-configured laptop
- Pre-configured label printer
The label printer will be set up prior to delivery and integrated with our order system. When possible, shipping labels will print automatically as orders are received during livestream events.
Additionally, Pawtoto will provide:
- Livestream backdrops
- Decorative props
- Professional lighting equipment
All equipment and supplies will be shipped directly to the host's residence. The host will only need to provide a suitable table and chair for the livestream workspace.
Ideal Candidate
Our audience primarily consists of younger consumers who enjoy collectibles, sensory toys, and blind box products. We are seeking a host who can authentically connect with this customer base and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with a live audience
- Energetic, expressive, and confident presentation style
- Interest in collectibles, sensory toys, blind boxes, or related products
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Basic comfort with technology and home-based livestream equipment
Previous livestreaming, social media, sales, customer service, or content creation experience is a plus, but not required.
