Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce the trading platform and explain its products and services.
- Build customer trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Convert leads into KYC-completed and first-time deposit users.
- Follow up with interested users via Calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email.
- Assist customers with account registration, KYC, deposits, and trading.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, conversion, and deposit targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the retention team to ensure a smooth customer handover after conversion.
Requirements
- 1--2 years of telesales, outbound sales, or customer acquisition experience.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency or financial products is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
