About us
AiGoLearning is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping young people grow through teaching and learning.
We provide online classes for children ages 5--15 in coding, AI, math, science, languages, AP subjects and other academic areas. We also offer free STEM programs to underrepresented and low-income families.
About the Role
We are looking for high school and college students to teach younger students online.
No previous teaching experience or education major is required. Students from all majors are welcome.
We provide curriculum, teaching materials, training and practice before you begin teaching independently. There is no training fee.
Teachers are matched with subjects based on their knowledge, interests and readiness.
What You'll Do
- Teach children ages 5--15 in 1-on-1 or small-group online classes.
- Prepare lessons using AiGoLearning curriculum and resources.
- Explain concepts clearly and adapt to each student's learning needs.
- Use projects, exercises and discussion to make learning interactive.
- Communicate professionally with students, families and our team.
- Participate in teacher training and ongoing development.
Subjects may include:
Scratch, Python, Java, C , AI, Robotics, Web Development, USACO, Math, Science, Languages, AP courses and academic tutoring.

Qualifications
We welcome students who are:
- Strong in at least one academic or technical subject.
- Patient, responsible and dependable.
- Comfortable working with younger students.
- Willing to learn and improve.
- Able to commit consistently to assigned classes.
Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching or teaching experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation \& Growth
$20--$30/hour, depending on teaching quality, experience, course level and class situation.
Through teaching, students can also develop real experience in communication, leadership, problem-solving, responsibility and teamwork.
