Telecalling Exective Intern | ChatSpark
ChatSpark is a growing audio social platform connecting people through meaningful 1:1 conversations. We're looking for an energetic and proactive Telecalling Executive to manage and build strong relationships with our creators.
What You'll Do
- Handle creator onboarding and explain the platform/process.
- Make regular follow-up \& reactivation calls to creators.
- Proactively manage creator performance and engagement.
- Conduct creator meetings and communicate updates, offers \& incentives.
- Maintain and update creator data and reports.
- Resolve creator queries and ensure timely communication.
- Track daily follow-ups, onboarding, reactivation \& creator activity.
What We're Looking For
- Good Hindi communication skills (reading \& writing).
- Confident and clear communication over calls.
- Proactive, energetic and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets \& data.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and follow-ups independently.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
