Personal Best Karate is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Member Records Specialist to support the accurate processing and maintenance of member and program information.
This position focuses on entering, reviewing, and updating membership records, enrollment information, attendance data, and related documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computer-based records, has strong attention to detail, and can handle confidential information responsibly.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Enter and update member information in internal systems and databases.
- Process membership, enrollment, registration, and program records.
- Review submitted information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain member contact information, account details, and program information.
- Update attendance and class-related records as required.
- Verify information against forms and other source documents and correct discrepancies.
- Scan, upload, categorize, and maintain electronic documents.
- Process record changes, cancellations, transfers, and other member updates.
- Maintain spreadsheets and recurring administrative reports.
- Identify incomplete records and coordinate with appropriate staff to obtain missing information.
- Retrieve member information and documentation for authorized requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow established record-handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data processing, records management, administrative support, office operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused computer work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer applications.
- Ability to learn membership management and database systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential member information appropriately.
