Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Schedule: Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM--5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000--$120,000 per year, plus benefits
About the Position
This role is for an LICSW who will work with clients through virtual appointments and provide support for a range of mental health and life concerns. You may work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, or other issues that are affecting how they function day to day.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy through scheduled telehealth appointments
- Review each client's background, current concerns, and support system
- Address emotional and behavioral health needs within your scope of practice
- Help clients navigate social or practical issues that may be affecting care
- Coordinate with other professionals when additional services are involved
- Connect clients with community resources when appropriate
- Keep required records complete and up to date
- Take part in case discussions, meetings, and required training
- Maintain confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards
Anforderungen
- Master'sdegree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state
- Minimum of two(2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
- Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
