YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations including general and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and payment reconciliations) for our Swiss company and support the daily operations of our US company.
- Prepare customer billings and assist with monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss law.
- Maintain and optimise our ERP system (Abacus / Microsoft Dynamics BC) to ensure its continuous scalability.
- Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing and accounts payable queries.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to continuously improve financial processes.
- Manage communication as the interface with external partners such as ERP support, authorities, and suppliers.
- Support the preparation of VAT returns, Sales and Use Tax filings for our US company, as well as the annual tax declaration.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2--4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a similar environment.
- Qualification as a Swiss Certified Finance Expert in finance and accounting (or currently undergoing equivalent training).
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Abacus / Microsoft Dynamics BC preferred).
- Passion for numbers, structures, and processes in an agile environment.
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style.
- Strong team spirit and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Non-smoker -- we do not want you to smell of cigarettes, neither at work nor at client meetings. After all, FELFEL is all about good food.
- Valid work permit for Switzerland or Swiss passport.
