We are seeking an energetic and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth and stability
- Oversee all financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses without compromising operational effectiveness
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance staff, cultivating a high-performance team environment
- Collaborate with executive leadership to inform decision-making through detailed financial insights and risk assessments
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in financial management within a complex organization or financial services sector
- Strong background in financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic development
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and cost control techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred
