About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable team member to handle customer support, Shopify order management and daily ecommerce operations.
You will assist customers with product enquiries and after-sales support, manage orders, and coordinate shipping, returns and refunds. Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Respond to customer enquiries through email and live chat.
- Assist with product questions, order updates, delivery enquiries and after-sales support.
- Manage orders in Shopify, including order changes, cancellations, refunds, returns and exchanges.
- Check payment, fulfilment and shipping status, and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Create shipping labels and coordinate with warehouses and couriers.
- Resolve delivery delays, missing parcels and incorrect or damaged orders.
- Update product listings, pricing, inventory and basic store content.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up until customer issues are resolved.
- Support the team with daily ecommerce operations.
Anforderungen
- Previous customer support experience with a Shopify ecommerce store.
- Hands-on experience using Shopify Admin for order management.
- Strong written English and a professional, helpful communication style.
- Experience handling shipping enquiries, returns and refunds.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer follow-ups.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
Experience with shipping platforms, customer support tools and Australian ecommerce businesses would be an advantage.
Please note: Experience limited to Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces does not meet the Shopify experience requirement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
